How the dates are worked out
A time limit of “one month” ends on the same date in the following month. If that date does not exist, for example 31 February, it ends on the last day of that month. The calculator follows this rule.
Treat the result as a guide
Always check the date on your letter and any instructions it contains. Tribunal directions can set different dates, and they take priority. If in doubt, act earlier.
